The WVU Alumni Band Welcomes You Home
Homecoming evokes different thoughts and memories for everyone,
but for both WVU grads and guests, the sights and sounds of the
WVU Marching Band are a connecting experience.
In that same ethereal spirit, the Alumni Band converges each
Homecoming to welcome friends and fans back to West Virginia
University. For that one special fall weekend, Alumni Band members
gather again to make music and friends.
Thousands—in the stands and on the field—have been
electrified by their experience with the Mountaineer Marching
Band. The Alumni Band provides the setting for alumni to be moved
once more by that experience.
